Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari variabel faktor kualitas pelayanan, faktor sosial, faktor promosi dan faktor pengetahuan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan tabungan haji di Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh.  Berdasarkan 122 kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden, dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu jenis simple random sampling dan dinalisis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda, didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, sosial, promosi, dan pengetahuan berpengaruh secara simultan dan prsial terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan tabungan haji di Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of variables service quality factors, social factors, promotion factors and knowledge factors on customer interest in using Hajj savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Banda Aceh. Based on 122 questionnaires distributed to respondents, using probability sampling techniques, which are simple random sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression models, the results of research show that service quality, social, promotion, and knowledge have a simultaneous and partial effect on customer interest in using Hajj savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Banda Aceh.&#13;
