Abstrak &#13;
&#13;
Tugas akhir ini berpusat pada masalah kebisingan yang ditimbulkan pada jalan di sekitar area&#13;
sekolah yaitu Jalan T Panglima Nyak Makam dari Banda Aceh, khususnya di SD Negeri 24&#13;
Banda Aceh. Jalan ini adalah jalur yang digunakan untuk mobilisasi masyarakat dalam&#13;
menjalankan roda ekonomi, mobilisasi karyawan ke dan dari kantor, mobilisasi siswa dan&#13;
siswa untuk pulang dari kegiatan belajar dan juga kegiatan lain yang menyebabkan tingkat&#13;
kebisingan yang tinggi seiring dengan meningkatnya volume lalu lintas. Pengambilan data&#13;
dilakukan menggunakan merek Norsonic tipe 131, dengan sistem perekaman &quot;Real Time&quot;.&#13;
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kebisingan yang disebabkan oleh&#13;
aktivitas kendaraan bermotor di Jalan T Panglima Nyak Makam selama pengembangan dan&#13;
pertumbuhan populasi, khususnya Banda Aceh saat ini. Perubahan pergerakan akibat&#13;
pertambahan penduduk telah mengakibatkan volume lalu lintas jalan T-Panglima Nyak&#13;
Makam yang tinggi mempengaruhi tingkat kebisingan yang terjadi di jalan tersebut.&#13;
Penggunaan kriteria Level Energi Setara (LEQ) adalah tingkat suara rata-rata karena total&#13;
energi pada waktu tertentu telah memberikan panduan tentang pengukuran masalah&#13;
kebisingan di Jalan T Panglima Nyak Makam. Tingkat kebisingan sangat dipengaruhi oleh&#13;
geometri jalan, volume kendaraan, kapasitas jalan, dan kecepatan kendaraan. Volume lalu&#13;
lintas yang melintasi jalan relatif sama antara pagi dan siang hari dengan volume lalu lintas&#13;
mulai dari 3602 ucp / jam hingga 5559,2 ucp / jam dan kecepatan rata-rata 33,19 km / jam.&#13;
Kapasitas jalan ini adalah 8731,8 ucp / jam. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai LEQ berkisar&#13;
antara 72,8 dB- 78,2 dB (A), dengan nilai rata-rata 76,00 dB (A). Nilai LEQ ini menunjukkan&#13;
tingkat kebisingan yang telah menyebabkan dampak pada masyarakat yang lebih besar dari&#13;
70 dB (A), dan masih dalam ambang batas kebisingan maksimum 85 dB (A) dan telah&#13;
melewati standar kebisingan di sekolah area 55 dB (A).&#13;

Abstract &#13;
 &#13;
This final task is centered on the noise problem caused on the road around the school&#13;
area that is Jalan T Panglima Nyak Makam of Banda Aceh, especially on the district of SD&#13;
Negeri 24 Banda Aceh. This road is a path used for community mobilization in running&#13;
economic wheels, mobilization of employees to and from the office, mobilization of students&#13;
and students to go home from the learning activities and also other activities that cause high&#13;
levels of noise as the increasing volume of traffic. Data retrieval was carried out using the&#13;
Norsonic type 131 brand, with the &quot;Real Time&quot; recording system. The purpose of this research is&#13;
to analyze the level of noise caused by motor vehicle activity on Jalan T Panglima Nyak Makam&#13;
during the development and growth of population, especially Banda Aceh at this time. The&#13;
change in movement due to the increasing population has resulted in high volumes of the road&#13;
T-Panglima Nyak Makam traffic to influence the level of noise that occurred on the road. The&#13;
use of the Equivalent energy Level criteria (LEQ) is the average sound level as the total energy&#13;
at a given time has provided guidance on the measurement of noise problems on Jalan T&#13;
Panglima Nyak Makam. The noise level is strongly influenced by road geometrics, vehicle&#13;
volume, road capacity and vehicle speed.. The traffic volume that crosses the road is relatively&#13;
similar between morning and daytime with traffic volume ranging from 3602 ucp/hr to 5559,2&#13;
ucp/hr and average speed of 33.19 km/hr. This road capacity is 8731.8 ucp/hr. From the research&#13;
results obtained LEQ values ranged from 72.8 dB– 78.2 dB (A), with an average value of&#13;
76.00 dB (A). This LEQ value indicates a level of noise that has already caused an impact&#13;
on the community that is greater than 70 dB (A), and is still within the maximum noise&#13;
threshold of 85 dB (A) and has passed the noise standard in the school area of 55 dB (A). &#13;
