ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan kompetensi amil, kepercayaan muzakki, dan keputusan berzakat di Baitul Mal Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Berdasarkan 100 kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden, dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan model Partial Least Square (PLS), didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi amil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki, kepercayaan muzakki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berzakat, kompetensi amil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berzakat, serta kompetensi amil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berzakat apabila dimediasi oleh variabel kepercayaan muzakki di Baitul Mal Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Kepercayaan, Keputusan, Amil, Muzakki. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between amil competence, muzakki trust, and tithe decisions at The Baitul Mal Aceh Selatan Regency.
