 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Bisnis merupakan kegiatan ekonomis yang meliputi tukar menukar, jual beli, memproduksi–memasarkan, bekerja-mempekerjakan, dan interaksi manusiawi lainnya dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan atau memaksimalkan keuntungan dan kemakmuran,dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis haruslah merujuk kepada etika bisnis. Etika bisnis diartikan sebagai suatu pengetahuan mengenai tata cara ideal dalam mengelola bisnis dengan memperhatikan norma dan moralitas yang berlaku secara universal, ekonomi, dan sosial. Setiap usaha harus memperhatikan dan menjalankan etika-etika yang berlaku. Etika yang perlu dilakukan seperti selalu bersikap jujur, memiliki komitmen, integritas, serta loyalitas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata cara pengelolaan rumah makan Padang dalam mengembangkan usahanya di Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan taknik purposive sampling. Data di peroleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang memenuhi kriteria subjek penelitian, serta memberikan informasi relevan yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, tata cara pengelolaan rumah makan padang dalam mengembangkan usahanya di Darussalam, Banda Aceh yaitu dengan melalui penerapan etika bisnis yang baik, seperti jujur dalam bekerja, memiliki sikap loyalitas, komitmen dan integritas serta memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada para konsumen dan penetapan harga yang tepat.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Business is an economic activity that includes the exchange, buying and selling, producing-marketing, working-hiring, and other human interactions with the aim of gaining profits or maximizing profits and prosperity, in running a business must refer to business ethics. Business ethics is defined as a knowledge of the ideal procedures for managing a business by paying attention to norms and morality that apply universally, economically, and socially. Every business must pay attention and implement the applicable ethics. Ethics that need to be done such as always being honest, having commitment, integrity, and loyalty. This study aims to find out how to manage Padang restaurant in developing its business in Kopelma  Darussalam, Banda Aceh. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data obtained through in-depth interviews with informants who meet the criteria of the research subject, as well as providing relevant information needed in the study. The results showed that, procedures for managing Padang restaurant in developing its business in Darussalam, Banda Aceh, namely through the application of good business ethics, such as honesty at work, having an attitude of loyalty, commitment and integrity as well as providing good service to consumers and determination the right price.&#13;
