Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen dan kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Mandiri Area Banda Aceh. Riset ini ditujukan pada pegawai pada Bank Mandiri yang menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya di Kota Banda Aceh. Jumlah populasi adalah 143 orang pegawai, dan menggunakan metode sensus sehingga respondennya adalah seluruh populasi. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diaplikasikan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil memperliharkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kepuassan kerja dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kehidupan kerja (KKK), namun KKK tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Faktor komitmen organisasi ternyata juga tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, namun  kinerja karyawan mampu dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan. Jadi, hanya faktor kepuasan kerja yang berperan sebagai parsial mediator diantara hubungan KKK dan kinerja pegawai.&#13;

The initial aims of this study are to determine how the effect of work life quality on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction; its subsequently on the performance of bank employees. This study is conducted in Bank Mandiri operating in the city of Banda Aceh. The population in this study is 143 employees, and it uses the census method so that the sample is the entire population. The statistical tool employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Finding shows that the quality of work life quality has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction; however, it does not impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment also does not affect employee performance; however, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Thus, job satisfaction factor acts as a partial mediator between the influences of work life quality on employee performance.&#13;
