 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh keragaman produk&#13;
terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen sebagai mediasi pada&#13;
konsumen Bulog Divre Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah&#13;
para konsumen Bulog Divre Aceh yang berjumlah 110 responden. Peralatan&#13;
pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik&#13;
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel acak sederhana. Hierarchical&#13;
Linear Modelling &#13;
Berdasarkan hasil analisis HLM, mengindikasikan bahwa keragaman&#13;
produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, keragaman produk&#13;
berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, kepercayaan konsumen&#13;
berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan kepercayaan konsumen&#13;
memediasi secara parsial pengaruh keragaman produk terhadap kepuasan&#13;
konsumen.&#13;
Kata Kunci: Keragaman produk, kepuasan konsumen, kepercayaan&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aims to measure the effect of product variety on consumer&#13;
satisfaction and consumer trust as a mediation at consumers of Bulog Divre Aceh.&#13;
The sample used in this study is consumers of Bulog Divre Aceh is totalling 110&#13;
respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire.&#13;
The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Hierarchical Linear&#13;
Modelling &#13;
Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that product variety&#13;
was related to consumer satisfaction, product variety significantly influence&#13;
consumer trust, consumer trust was related to consumer satisfaction, consumer&#13;
trust partially mediated the relationship between product variety and consumer&#13;
satisfaction.&#13;
