ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh internalisasi nilai-nilai maqashid syariah terhadap kesejahteraan penerima ZIS produktif melalui pemberdayaan penerima ZIS produktif sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel mediasi berfungsi untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara internalisasi nilai-nilai maqashid syariah dengan kesejahteraan penerima ZIS produktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen nya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 118 penerima ZIS produktif. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji deskriptif dan uji Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS versi 20. Uji deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesejahteraan penerima ZIS produktif Baitul Mal Aceh. Sedangkan uji SEM digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung nilai-nilai maqashid syariah terhadap kesejahteraan ZIS produktif dengan mengadakan mediator yaitu pemberdayaan ZIS produktif. Hasil uji deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan penerima ZIS produktif sudah baik. Sedangkan uji SEM menunjukkan bahwa nilai maqashid syariah berupa menjaga agama, menjaga diri, menjaga akal, menjaga keluarga dan menjaga harta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan penerima ZIS produktif melalui program pemberdayaan penerima ZIS produktif di Baitul Mal Aceh. Kata Kunci: ZIS Produktif, Pemberdayaan, dan Kesejahteraan Penerima ZIS Produktif ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze about how the effects of internalization of maqashid sharia values towards the welfare of recipients of productive ZIS through the empowerment of recipients of productive ZIS as mediation variable. The mediation variable has the function to see the direct and indirect effects between internalization of maqashid syariah values towards empowerment and welfare of the recipients of productive ZIS. This research is a survey research with a questionnaire as its instrument. The total sample used in this research is 118 recipients of productive ZIS. Hypothesis testing is done by descriptive tests and Structural Equation Model (SEM) tests using the application AMOS version 20. Descriptive test is used to understand about how the welfare of recipients of productive ZIS in Baitul Mal Aceh, while SEM test is used to find out the direct and indirect effects of maqashid sharia values towards the welfare of productive ZIS by organizing the mediator namely the empowerment of productive ZIS. The results of descriptive test indicate that the welfare of recipients of productive ZIS has been good, while SEM test shows that the value of maqashid sharia in the form of the understanding of religion, protecting oneself, protecting mind, protecting family and property has a significant effect towards the welfare of recipients of productive ZIS through the empowerment program for the recipient of productive ZIS in Baitul Mal Aceh.
