MGMP adalah organisasi yang sudah tumbuh subur bersamaan dengan lahirnya&#13;
UU Sisdiknas. Tidaklah mengherankan saat himbauan  membetuk organisasi&#13;
MGMP secara menyuluruh  agar semakin profesional kinerjanya demi&#13;
mengikatnya kualitas mutu pendidikan. Manajemen MGMP guru PJOK masih&#13;
mendapatkan kesulitan dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya sebagai tenaga&#13;
pendidik yang profesional dan berkompetensi. Kesulitan tersebut diantaranya&#13;
yaitu dalam mengembangkan silabus, menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran dan&#13;
evaluasi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran&#13;
secara langsung tentang perencanaan, penggorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan&#13;
evaluasi musyawarah guru mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan&#13;
kesehatan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru sekolah lanjutan tingkat&#13;
atas Aceh Jaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian&#13;
kualitatif dengan metode diskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua MGMP&#13;
dan anggota MGMP guru PJOK Aceh Jaya yang berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik&#13;
pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam&#13;
penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan&#13;
kesimpulan. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan MGMP&#13;
PJOK adalah menyusun rencana program yaitu program umum, inti (rutin dan&#13;
pemgembangan) dan program penunjang, (2) mengatur program kerja dan&#13;
mendistribusikan wewenang dan tanggungjawab dan sumber daya di antara&#13;
anggota organisasi untuk mancapai tujuan program yang direncanakan, (3)&#13;
pelaksaaan program MGMP adalah upaya menjalankan program-program yang&#13;
sudah direncanakan yaitu program umum ialah memberi wawasan kepada guru&#13;
mengenai kebijakan-kebijakan pendidikan, program rutin yaitu permasalahan&#13;
pembelajaran, penyusunan dan pengembangan silabus, program semester dan&#13;
rencana program pembelajaran, diskusi kerja kelompok. Adapun untuk program&#13;
pengembangan yaitu seminar, pelatihan-pelatihan terkait pembelajaran,&#13;
pendalaman materi oleh narasumber, dan (4) evaluasi program pengembangan&#13;
dan penunjang dilakukan setelah program selesai dilaksanakan dengan membuat&#13;
laporan pertanggungjawaban. Hambatan yang ada dalam MGMP adalah&#13;
keterbatasan waktu, dana yang jumlahnya terbatas dan kurangnya motivasi diri&#13;
anggota MGMP.&#13;

MGMP is an organization that has flourished together with the birth of the&#13;
National Education System Law. It is not surprising when the call to form a&#13;
MGMP organization as a whole to be more professional performance for the&#13;
sake of binding the quality of education. Management of MGMP PJOK teachers&#13;
still have difficulty in carrying out their functions and duties as professional and&#13;
competent educators. These difficulties include developing syllabus, preparing&#13;
learning plans and evaluating learning outcomes. This study aims to obtain a&#13;
direct picture of the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of&#13;
teacher training in physical education and sports in improving professionalism&#13;
of senior high school teachers in Aceh Jaya. This research approach is a&#13;
qualitative research approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of this&#13;
study were the head of the MGMP and the members of the MGMP of PJOK&#13;
Aceh Jaya teachers, totaling 7 people. Data collection techniques using&#13;
interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data&#13;
presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research indicate that:&#13;
(1) PJOK MGMP planning is compiling program plans namely general, core&#13;
(routine and development) programs and supporting programs, (2) organizing&#13;
work programs and distributing authority and responsibilities and resources&#13;
among members of the organization to achieve planned program objectives, (3)&#13;
implementation of the MGMP program is an effort to run programs that have&#13;
been planned namely the general program is to provide insight to teachers about&#13;
educational policies, routine programs namely learning problems, preparation&#13;
and development of syllabus, semester programs and program plans learning,&#13;
group work discussion. As for the development program, namely seminars,&#13;
trainings related to learning, deepening of material by resource persons, and (4)&#13;
evaluation of development and support programs is carried out after the&#13;
program is completed by making a report of accountability. The obstacles in&#13;
MGMP are time constraints, limited funds and lack of self motivation of&#13;
MGMP members.&#13;
