 <note>ABSTRACT&#13;
This study began with a service for patients with disabilities at Cut Nyak Dhien&#13;
Meulaboh Hospital. Where Services are a form of activity used by government&#13;
agencies in the form of goods or services both in the context of efforts to fulfill&#13;
and in the context of implementing order, and the difficulty of improving the&#13;
quality of services for patients with disabilities due to the lack of supply of&#13;
consumables such as therapeutic equipment, wheelchairs and medicine,&#13;
incomplete facilities and infrastructure to handle the increasing number of&#13;
disability patients. The public also complained that the service system was&#13;
unsatisfactory or still careless about patients. The purpose of this study was to&#13;
determine the form of disability patient services at the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh&#13;
District General Hospital, and to determine the responsiveness of disability&#13;
patients to services at the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh District General Hospital.&#13;
The theory used is the theory of public sector performance by Levine, to see&#13;
services for disability patients and patient responsiveness to disability patient&#13;
services at Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Hospital. To achieve this research, this type&#13;
of research uses descriptive research methods using a qualitative approach. The&#13;
sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data obtained through indepth&#13;
interviews&#13;
&#13;
with informants who meet the criteria of research subjects. The&#13;
results of this study indicate that public services are to encourage changes in&#13;
quality that are very broad and also quality in an effort to improve health services&#13;
to patients with disabilities.&#13;
