ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh pesan imbauan Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh agar tidak melayani pengemis pada tempat umum terhadap sikap masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pesan imbauan Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh agar tidak melayani pengemis pada tempat umum terhadap sikap masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 244.463 orang. jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin presisi 10% dari jumlah populasi, maka besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 99 orang. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori penilaian sosial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang skala pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan program SPSS 24.0 yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung adalah 6.786 dan nilai t tabel pada ? 0,05 pada uji 2 sisi diketahui 1,894. Berdasarkan kriteria uji hipotesis yaitu t hitung > t tabel (6.786>1,894) dengan nilai signifikansi (kurang dari 0,05) maka Ha diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pesan imbauan Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh agar tidak melayani pengemis pada tempat umum terhadap sikap masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh

ABSTRACT

This research explores about the influence of banning regulated by Banda Aceh Muncipality Government of not giving money to the beggars in the public area toward the Banda Aceh people behaviour. This research aims to find out if there any influence of the banning towards the behaviour of Banda Aceh society. The population of this research is 244.463 of Banda Aceh citizens. The total sample if this study is determined by using slovin pecision formula in which 10% of the sample is taken from the total population. Therefore, the number of the sample taken was 99 respondents. The theory used in this research is the sosial judgement theory with quantitative approach. The primary data in this research was obtained through questionnaires with a Likert scale, and it was analyzed statistically using SPSS 24.0 program with validity, reliability, simple linear regression, hypothesis test. Based on the result of the research , it can be concluded that from the result of the hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the t-score is 6.786 and the t-table on a 0.05 on the two tail test is 1.894. Based on the hypothesis test criteria, the t-score>t-table (6.786>1.894) with good value (less than 0.05), this Ha is accepted. Therefore,it is conncluded that there is an influence of Banda Aceh Municipality Government ban of not giving money to the beggars in the public area toward to Banda Aceh society behaviour.
