ABSTRAK&#13;
	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar lemak pada ikan Depik (Rasbora tawarensis) di danau Laut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Sampel yang digunakan adalah ikan Depik segar dari hasil penangkapan secara tradisional sebanyak 2 kali pengulangan. Sebanyak dua sampel pengujian masing-masing seberat 12,45 g dan 12,74 gdigunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Soxhlet. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa kadar lemak ikan Depik adalah rata-rata 6,50%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ikan Depik dari Danau Laut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah memiliki kadar lemak rata-rata 6,50%.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study was aims to determine the fat content ofDepik Fish (Rasbora tawarensis) from Danau Laut Tawar Lake of  Central Aceh. The samples used were fresh fish from traditional catching, around Laut Tawar lake.The Samples were analyzed by Soxhlet method and using two repetitions. The result of this study showed that the fat content of Depik fish was 6,50%. It can be concluded that Depiks’ fish from Laut Tawar lakes of Central Aceh had average of fat content of 6,50%.&#13;
