 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh penilaian kinerja, perencanaan karir, dan partisipasi karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT Bank Aceh Pusat Operasional Banda Aceh, dan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Aceh yang bekerja pada Kantor Pusat Operasional Bank Aceh di Banda Aceh. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel penilaian kinerja, perencanaan karir dan partisipasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT Bank Aceh Kantor Pusat Operasional Banda Aceh, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aimed to measure the effect of performance assessment, career planning, and organizational commitment to employee participation in PT Bank Aceh Banda Aceh Operations Center, and which is the object of this research is the bank employee who works in the Office of Aceh Pusat Operasional Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh. The number of respondents in this study was 87 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variables consisting of variable performance assessment, career planning and employee participation and significant positive effect on organizational commitment at PT Bank Central Office Operations Aceh Banda Aceh, either partially or simultaneously. &#13;
