Analisis Pengukuran Produktivitas Menggunakan Metode OMAX (Objective Matrix) Pada Proses Produksi CV. Nibo Corporation Banda Aceh

ABSTRAK

CV. Nibo Corporation merupakan industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan batu buatan, seperti batako, batu kirep, gras blok, dan paving blok. Jenis batako merupakan produk yang konsisten diproduksi setiap harinya, karena batako adalah jenis produk yang tinggi permintaan produksinya. CV. Nibo Corporation selama ini belum memiliki suatu sistem pengukuran produktivitas yang dapat dijalankan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, selama ini perusahaan hanya mengacu kepada target produksi dan keuntungan yang dicapai setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran indeks produktivitas dan untuk mengetahui rasio yang berpengaruh terhadap indeks produktivitas pada proses produksi CV. Nibo Corporation. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai indeks produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Maret yaitu 12,90%, nilai indeks produktivitas terendah terjadi pada bulan Juni hingga mencapai -100%. Rasio yang mempengaruhi meningkatnya produktivitas adalah rasio 1, rasio 3, dan rasio 5, sedangkan rasio yang menyebabkan menurunnya produktivitas adalah rasio 2 dan rasio 4. 3 (tiga) dari 5 (lima) rasio produktivitas memperoleh skor diatas nilai standar awal, artinya CV. Nibo Corporation sudah cukup produktif dalam menjalankan produksi selama ini.

ABSTRACT

CV. Nibo Corporation is a manufacturing industry engaged in the manufacture of artificial stones, such as concrete blocks, stone chips, block gras, and paving blocks. This type of brick is a product that is consistently produced every day, because brick is a type of product that is high in demand for production. CV. Nibo Corporation has not yet had a productivity measurement system that can be run optimally. Therefore, all this time the company only refers to the production target and the profit achieved every month. This study aims to measure the productivity index and to determine the ratio that affects the productivity index in the production process of CV. Nibo Corporation. From the results of the study obtained the highest productivity index value occurred in March which was 12.90%, the lowest productivity index value occurred in June to reach -100%. The ratio that affects the increase in productivity is ratio 1, ratio 3, and ratio 5, while the ratio that causes a decrease in productivity is ratio 2 and ratio 4. 3 (three) of 5 (five) productivity ratios get scores above the initial standard value, meaning CV. Nibo Corporation has been productive enough to carry out production so far.
