ABSTRAK

Dalam kegiatan penambangan sering terjadi adanya ketidaksesuaian antara rencana dengan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Ketidaksesuaian ini ditemukan setelah dilakukan rekonsiliasi di akhir progress (bulan). Ketidaksesuaian yang sering terjadi mencakup overcut (kelebihan penggalian berdasarkan RL), undercut (kekurangan penggalian). Jika tidak diidentifikasi, ketidaksesuaian ini dapat terjadi berulang dan berlanjut setiap bulan, berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian terhadap perusahaan. Analisis rekonsiliasi dilakukan menggunakan data pada bulan Oktober, November, Desember 2018 dan Januari 2019. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketercapaian rencana penambangan dengan menggunakan grade box, patok profil, peningkatan pengawasan, koordinasi informasi antar pihak pengawas dan surveyor, pengukuran stake-out serta penjadwalan ulang penggunaan alat gali muat (excavator backhoe). Hasil dianalisis volume ketidaksesuaian pada periode Oktober 2018 untuk overcut pada batubara 26,0% dan untuk overburden 9,1%, untuk undercut pada batubara 47,3% dan untuk overburden sebesar 29,5%. Hasil rekonsiliasi periode November 2018, untuk overcut pada batubara 6,3% dan untuk overburden 4,0%, untuk undercut pada batubara 60,4% dan untuk overburden 47,8%. Hasil rekonsiliasi periode Desember 2018, untuk overcut pada batubara 6,2% dan untuk overburden 3,5%, untuk undercut pada batubara 77,4% dan untuk overburden 62,0%. Hasil rekonsiliasi periode Januari 2019, untuk overcut pada batubara 2,6% dan untuk overburden 2,9%, untuk undercut pada batubara 84,7% dan untuk overburden 48,9%.

ABSTRACT

In the mining activities recurrent contradictions often occur between the plan and actual conditions. Discrepancy is found after the reconciliation at the end of months. Mismatches that often occur consist of overcut (excess excavation based on RL) and undercut (lack of excavation). If not identified, this discrepancy may occur repeatedly and continually every month, and will potentially financial loss to the company. Reconciliation analysis was performed using the data in October, November, December 2018 and January 2019. Efforts should be made to improve the achievement of the mining plan by using grade box, batter pag, icreasing supervision, coordinating information, stake-out measurments and rescheduling the use of excavator loading (excavator bachoe). Results of analysis in October 2018 showed that excess excavation (overcut) is 26,0% for coal and for overburden is 9,1%. Unresolved material (undercut) is 47,3% for coal and for overburden is 29,5%. Results of analysis in November 2018 showed that excess excavation (overcut) is 6,3% for coal and for overburden is 4,0%. Unresolved material (undercut) is 60,4% for coal and for overburden is 47,8%.
