ABSTRACT&#13;
The objective of the study was to determine the optimum concentration of&#13;
vitamin E in the diet on weight gain, specific growth rate, sulvival rate, feed&#13;
convertion rasio and feed efficiency of seabass Lates calcarifer. The study was&#13;
conducted from November 2018 to January 2019 at Center for Brackishwater&#13;
Aquaculture in Ujong Batee, Aceh Besar District, Indonesia. The completely&#13;
randomized design &#13;
feed; 200 mg kg&#13;
-1&#13;
feed; 250 mg kg&#13;
-1&#13;
feed; 300 mg kg&#13;
-1&#13;

feed; 150 mg kg&#13;
feed; and 350 mg kg&#13;
feed.&#13;
The seabass body weight ranges from 2 g to 4 g and total length ranges from 5 cm to&#13;
7 cm with a stocking densities of 10 fish 10 liter&#13;

. The fish fed at feeding 10% of&#13;
body weight, twice daily at morning and evening. The result showed that the feed&#13;
with the addition of vitamin E had a significant effect on body weight gain, specific&#13;
growth rate, feed convertion rasio, feed efficiency and sulvival rate &#13;

of feed.&#13;
