Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan kompetensi, kepemimpinan,lingkungan kerja dan kinerja dosen secara simultan terhadap kualitas lulusan Universitas Abulyatama (Unaya) Aceh Besar. Sebagai objek dari penelitian ini kompetensi, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kinerja dosen dan kualitas lulusan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah dosen Unaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen Unaya yaitu sebanyak 236 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan total indikator sebanyak 36, maka digunakan sampel sebanyak 236 sampel. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada hipotesis yang diterima dan ada yang ditolak. Hipotesis 4 yang menguji pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas lulusan ditolak karena tidak memenuhi syarat diterima. Sedangkan 6 hipotesis direct lainnya yaitui HI -H7 diterima. Berarti terdapat pengaruh significant antara variable independent dan dependent pada masing-masing hipotesis tersebut. Kinerja dosen dapat berperan sebagai pemediator yang menghubungan Kompetensi terhadap Kualitas Lulusan Unaya. &#13;

The aims of this study was to look at the relationship of competence, leadership, work environment and lecturer performance simultaneously to the quality of graduates of Abulyatama (Unaya) University in Aceh Besar. As an object of this study competencies, leadership, work environment, lecturer performance and quality of graduates. The subject of this study is Unaya lecturer. The population in this study were Unaya lecturers, as many as 236 people. Sampling using the stratifled random sampling method. This study uses a total indicator of 36, then used a sample of 236 samples. From the results of the study it was found that there were hypotheses that were accepted and some were rejected. Hypothesis 4 which tests the effect of competency on the quality of graduates is rejected because it does not meet the accepted requirements. Whereas the other 6 direct hypotheses, namely HI -H7 are accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the independent and dependent variables on each of these hypotheses. The performance of the lecturer can act as a mediator that relates Competence to the Quality of Unaya Graduates. &#13;
