 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasional sebagai variabel pemediasi pada karyawan perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh sebanyak 81 karyawan. Hasil analisis data menggunakan HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional, perilaku kewargaan organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional memediasi secara parsial (partial mediation) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aimed to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on the employees performance with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable on PT. PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh District. The respondents were the employees of the PT. PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh District which was taken as 81 employees. The results of data analysis which used HLM (Hierarchichal Linear Modelling) showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employess performance, job satisfaction has a possitive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a possitive effect on employess performance and organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates effect of job satisfaction on employess performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh District.&#13;
