 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Aktinobakteri merupakan bakteri yang mampu menghasilkan metabolit sekunder&#13;
yang sama dengan tanaman inangnya dan berpotensi dijadikan sebagai obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat potensi aktinobakteri endofit asal jahe&#13;
sebagai inhibitor lipase pankreas serta nilai toksisitasnya. Aktinobakteri endofit&#13;
dari jahe diisolasi menggunakan media Humic acid Vitamin (HV). Aktivitas&#13;
inhibitor lipase pankreas diuji menggunakan lipase L321 Sigma diukur dengan&#13;
menggunakan Spektrofotometer. Nilai toksisitas diuji menggunakan metode Brine&#13;
Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) dengan menghitung nilai LC50 dan LT50&#13;
menggunakan analisis probit. Aktivitas inhibitor tertinggi terdapat pada isolat AJ2&#13;
dan AJ4 dengan nilai inhibisi sebesar 77,4% dan 89,8%. Nilai LC50 isolat AJ2 dan&#13;
AJ4 adalah 309,358 µg/ml dan 653,381 µg/ml. Nilai LT50 kedua isolat adalah&#13;
adalah 11,879 jam dan 17,569 jam. Hasil fitokimia ekstrak etanol AJ2 dan AJ4&#13;
terdeteksi mengandung terpenoid, fenol, tanin, flavonoid, alkaloid dan saponin.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Actinobacteria is a bacterium that capable of produce secondary metabolites that&#13;
are the same as their host plants and potentially used as medicine. This study aims&#13;
to see the potency of endophytic actinobacteria from ginger as pancreatic lipase&#13;
inhibitor and their toxicity value. Endophytic actinobacteria from ginger were&#13;
isolated using Humic acid Vitamin (HV) media. The pancreatic lipase inhibitor&#13;
activity tested using L321 Sigma lipase was measured using a spectrophotometer.&#13;
Toxicity values were tested using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method&#13;
by calculating the LC50 and LT50 values using probit analysis. The highest&#13;
inhibitor activity was found in AJ2 and AJ4 isolates with inhibition values of&#13;
77,4% and 89,8%. The LC50 values of AJ2 and AJ4 isolates were 309,358 µg / ml&#13;
and 653,381 µg / ml. The LT50 values of the two isolates were 11,879 hours and&#13;
17,569 hours. The phytochemical results of AJ2 and AJ4 ethanol extracts were&#13;
