	Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui kondisi komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, pemberdayaan karyawan, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 145 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe. Sedangkan hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe.&#13;

The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of organizational commitment, organizational culture, employee empowerment, job satisfaction, and employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence  of employee empowerment on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment to job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, the influence of employee empowerment on job satisfaction, the influence of employee performance on employee performance, indirect effect of organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction, indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction, to test and analyze the indirect effect of employee empowerment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. The location of the study was carried out at Lhokseumawe Branch Office of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, with 145 respondents. The results showed that organizational commitment, organizational culture, employee empowerment had an influence on the performance of employees of Lhokseumawe Branch Office of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study also show that organizational commitment, organizational culture, employee empowerment influence the performance of employees of Lhokseumawe Branch Office of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study prove that employee performance has an influence on improving the performance of employees of Lhokseumawe Branch Office of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah. While the results of mediation testing indicate that there are indirect effects of organizational commitment, organizational culture and employee empowerment on employee performance through job satisfaction of Lhokseumawe Branch Office of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah.&#13;
