Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetisi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetisi terhadap kinerja, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, (7) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, (8) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetisi  terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, (9) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, (10) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah, kompetisi, motivasi, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetisi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.  Kemudian motivasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kompetisi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lebih lanjut hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kompetisi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja.&#13;

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) To find how the effect of competition on job satisfaction, (2) To find how the effect of competition on performance, (3) To find how the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, (4) To find how the effect of motivation on performance, (5) To find how the influence of organizational culture (6) To find how the effect of organizational culture on performance, (7) To find how the effect of job satisfaction on performance, (8) To find how the effect of competition on employee performance through job satisfaction, (9) To find how the effect of motivation on performance through job satisfaction, (10) To find how the effect of organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Aceh Political and National Unity Agency. The objects of this research are competition, motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance. The results showed that competition, motivation and organizational culture had a significant effect on performance, while job satisfaction did not significantly influence performance. Then the motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while competition does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore the results of the study revealed that competition, motivation and organizational culture did not significantly influence performance through job satisfaction.&#13;
