Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Aceh. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 138 orang pegawai instansi tersebut. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (SEM). Penelitian menemukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keberadaan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.&#13;

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of work stress, work load and work environment on job statisfaction and its impact on the employee performance of Investment Agency and One-door Integrated Services of Aceh (DPMPTSP Aceh). The sample of the study are 138 civil servant of the institution. Data collected by questionnaire, and structural equation model (SEM) is operationalized to analyze the data. The study found that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job statisfaction and employee performance. On the contrary, both work load and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the employee performance. Furthermore, the job satisfaction has a positive and significant impacts on the employee  performance. The existence of the job satisfaction mediates the effect of work load and work environment on the employee performance. Conversely, the variable doesn’t mediate the effect of work stress on the employee performance.&#13;
