ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran harga lahan berdasarkan citra satelit resolusi tinggi dan Sistem Informasi Geografis di Kecamatan Baiturrahman dan Meuraxa pasca bencana tsunami Banda Aceh dan membandingkan antara sebaran harga lahan di Kecamatan Baiturrahman dan Kecamatan Meuraxa pasca bencana tsunami Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer melalui citra satelit Worldview-2 dan pengharkatan beberapa parameter yang digunakan. Metode ini dilakukan dengan menggali informasi dari citra penginderaan jauh dan survei lapangan dengan objek kajian harga lahan Kecamatan Baiturrahman dan Kecamatan Meuraxa. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan mendapatkan data dari instansi terkait yakni BAPPEDA Banda Aceh. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan tahapan pengharkatan di setiap parameter, dalam prosesnya pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi ArcGis meliputi buffering, dan skoring. Hasil analisis penelitian pemetaan sebaran potensi harga lahan ini dibagi menjadi empat kelas. di Kecamatan Baiturrahman dengan kelas harga lahan sangat tinggi terdapat 6,85%. Harga lahan tinggi terdapat 40,34%, kelas harga lahan sedang terdapat 43,00%, dan kelas harga lahan rendah mempunyai luasan sekitar 9,81%. Sedangkan di Kecamatan Meuraxa kelas harga lahan tertinggi terdapat 15,14%. Harga lahan tinggi terdapat 42,63%, kelas harga lahan sedang terdapat 36,85%, dan kelas harga lahan rendah mempunyai luasan sekitar 5,381%. Keseluruhan hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa harga lahan di Kecamatan Baiturrahman lebih tinggi daripada Kecamatan Meuraxa yang membuktikan bahwa faktor tsunami mempengaruhi nilai lahan.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to map the distribution of land prices based on high-resolution satellite imagery and Geographic Information Systems in district Baiturrahman and district Meuraxa post-tsunami Banda Aceh and compare the distribution of land prices in district Baiturrahman and district Meraxa post-tsunami Banda Aceh. This study uses primary data collection through worldview-2 satellite imagery and scoring some of the parameters used. Methods of collecting primary data is getting information from remote sensing imagery and field survey with the object of study of land prices and the District Baiturrahman and District Meuraxa. Secondary data collection methods is getting the data though relevant agencies namely BAPPEDA Banda Aceh. Data analysis using qualitative analysis scoring stages each parameter, in the process of processing data using ArcGIS applications include buffering, and scoring. The results of analysis mapping the distribution of land price in the district were divided into four classes land prices. In District Baiturrahman, there are 6.85% of the regions (area) belongs to the highest land price class. 40.34% of the regions belong to the second highest land price class, 43.00% of the regions belong to average land price class and 9.81% of region belong to lowest land price class. In District Meraxa, there are 15.14% of the regions (area) belongs to the highest land price class. 42.63% of the regions belong to the second highest land price class, 36.85% of the regions belong to average land price class, and 5.381% of region belong to lowest land price class. Overall, the results that we obtained show that the land price in District Baiturrahman is higher than the land price of District Meraxa which proves that occurrence of tsunami affecting the value of land
