This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, teamwork, compensation effect on employee motivation, the influence of the teamwork influences affect employee motivation , compensation effect on employee motivation, leadership style influence on the performance of employees, the influence of teamwork on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance LPP TVRI Aceh . The study sample as many as 135 employees of the institution taken by simple random sampling method. Data analysis equipment is used path analysis.
This study found that the statistical tests showed either simultaneously or partially leadership style , teamwork and compensation can significantly improve the performance of employees . Similarly, the partial effect of work motivation on employee performance that agency also showed significant linkage , which increases motivation to work partially also improve employee performance .
