ix ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat untuk pendidikan di Aceh ditinjau dari sasaran, sosialisasi, tujuan, dan pengawasan program pendidikan Baitul Mal Aceh. Pendekatan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran, dimana dilakukan pencampuran antara penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumennya, dimana kuesioner ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu kuesioner pilihan dan isian dengan menyertakan pendapat atau persepsi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penerima bantuan beasiswa dari Baitul Mal Aceh yang terdaftar dari Kota Banda Aceh dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar pada tahun 2017, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 92 penerima bantuan pendidikan (beasiswa) Baitul Mal Aceh yang dipilih dengan teknik Sampel Acak Sederhana mulai dari tingkat SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, dan Mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat untuk program pendidikan Baitul Mal Aceh ditinjau dari sasaran program dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 51,08% dan rata-rata skor 26,07 berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Mustahik juga menilai bahwa ketepatan sasaran program pendidikan Baitul Mal Aceh sudah sesuai dan sangat tepat. Efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat untuk program pendidikan Baitul Mal Aceh ditinjau dari sosialisasi program dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 45,43% dan rata-rata skor 41,85 berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Mustahik juga menilai bahwa sosialisasi yang dilakukan Baitul Mal Aceh sudah baik. Efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat untuk program pendidikan Baitul Mal Aceh ditinjau dari tujuan program dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 47,01% dan rata-rata skor 17,47 berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Mustahik juga menilai bahwa tujuan dari program ini sudah tercapai. Efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat untuk program pendidikan Baitul Mal Aceh ditinjau dari pengawasan program dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 52,71% dan rata-rata skor 26,47 berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Mustahik juga menilai bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan pihak Baitul Mal Aceh sudah bagus. The approach taken in this study using the mixed method, where does the mixing between quantitative and qualitative research. This research is also a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument, where the questionnaire is divided into two, namely the choice questionnaire and stuffing to include opinions or perceptions. The population in this research is the entire recipient of scholarships from the Baitul Mal Aceh registered of Banda Aceh and Great Aceh District in the year 2017, while the sample in this research that is the 92 recipients of the education program (scholarship) Baitul Mal Aceh selected by Simple Random Sampling techniques ranging from Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School, and College Students. Based on the research results, the effectiveness of utilization zakat funds for Baitul Mal Aceh education program in terms of target programs with the highest percentage is 51.08% and the average score of 26.07 in a very good category. Mustahik also argued that the precision of the target program of education Baitul Mal Aceh already fit and very precisely. The effectiveness of utilization zakat funds for Baitul Mal Aceh education program in terms of socialization programs with the highest percentage is 45.43% and average score 41.85 in a very good category. Mustahik also argued that socializing program is done Baitul Mal Aceh is already good. The effectiveness of utilization of zakat funds for Baitul Mal Aceh education program in terms of the purpose of programs with the highest percentage is 47.01% and the average score 17.47 in a very good category. Mustahik also argued that the purpose of this program is already achieved.
