Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah akibat perlakuan dosis pupuk vermikompos dan jarak tanam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh pada bulan Juni sampai dengan September 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu dosis pupuk vermikompos terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu tanpa pupuk vermikompos, 2.5 ton ha-1 dan 5 ton ha-1 serta jarak tanam yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 40 cm x 20 cm, 40 cm x 30 cm dan 40 cm x 40 cm. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F, dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ pada taraf 5%. Pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik diperoleh pada dosis pupuk vermikompos 5 ton ha-1. Pertumbuhan tanaman terbaik diperoleh pada jarak tanam 40 cm x 40 cm. Pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi dosis pupuk vermikompos 5 ton ha-1 dengan jarak tanam 40 cm x 40 cm.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilizer dosage, plant spacing and interaction on the growth of peanut. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden and Horticulture Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh from June to September 2018. This study used a factorial randomized block design with 3 replications. The determining factor is the dosage of vermicompost fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely without vermicompost fertilizer, 2.5 tons ha-1 and 5 tons ha-1 and the spacing consisting of three levels, namely 40 cm x 20 cm, 40 cm x 30 cm and 40 cm x 40 cm. Data were analyzed using the F test, followed by the BNJ test at the level of 5%. It is expected and the best results obtained at vermicompost fertilizer dosages of 5 tons ha-1. The best plants are obtained at a spacing of 40 cm x 40 cm. The best mixture and results were found in vermicompost 5 tons ha-1 dose combination with a spacing of 40 cm x 40 cm
