EFEKTIFITAS INSTRUKSI LISAN DAN PENGGUNAAN PELUIT DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI

Salah satu masalah utama dalam proses pembelajaran jasmani di sekolah hingga dewasa ini ialah belum ada intruksi secara khusus yang mudah dipahami peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan efektifitas intruksi penggunaan peluit tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas intruksi lisan dan intruksi penggunaan peluit dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tim ahli pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang terdiri dari 3 orang Dosen di Magister Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Proses pembuatan efektifitas penilaian berbentuk format indikator kisi-kisi isntrumen yang terdiri dari pendahuluan, proses, evaluasi, penguatan dan penutup serta dilanjutkan penilaian tim ahli pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya di kategorikan dan di analisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan penilaian instruksi lisan dan instruksi penggunaan peluit dalam pendidikan jasmani, menunjukkan penilaian intruksi penggunaan peluit yang di anggap efektif dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Maka penilaian intruksi penggunaan peluit dapat diterapkan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Data tersebut menerangkan bahwa penilaian efektifitasitas intruksi penggunaan peluit dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di anggap lebih efektif.

EFFECTIVENESS OF ORAL INSTRUCTIONS AND WHISTLE USE IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING PROCESS

One of the main problems in the physical learning process in schools up to now is that there are no specific instructions that are easily understood by students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the effectiveness of the instructions for using the whistle. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of oral instructions and instructions for using a whistle in the physical education learning process. The subject in this study was a team of physical education learning experts consisting of 3 lecturers in the Masters in Sports Education at Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. The process of making assessment effectiveness takes the form of an instrument lattice indicator format consisting of introduction, process, evaluation, reinforcement and closing and continued by the assessment of a team of physical education learning experts. The data collected is then categorized and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the assessment of oral instructions and instructions for using the whistle in physical education, it shows the assessment of whistle usage instructions that are considered effective in the physical education learning process. Then the assessment of the use of whistle instructions can be applied by the teacher in the process of learning physical education. The data explains that the assessment of the effectiveness of the whistle usage instructions in the physical education learning process is considered more effective.
