ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja yang di mediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja: Studi pada perawat RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 217 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis HLM, menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja dan Kepuasan Kerja pada perawat rumah sakit. Selanjutnya, Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada perawat rumah sakit. Selain itu Kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja. Kata kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kinerja, Kepuasan Kerja. ? ABSTRACT This study aims to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life on Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction: Study on nurses at the regional general hospital Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli. The sampling method in this study used Probability Sampling with a sample of 217 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM analysis, it shows that the Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on Job Performance and Satisfaction in hospital nurses. Furthermore, job satisfaction also has a significant effect on the performance of hospital nurses. In addition, job satisfaction has been proven to partially mediate the relationship between Quality of Work Life and Performance.
