 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Dalam sejarah kejadian Banjir Bandang di DAS Baro, di Sub DAS Krueng&#13;
Beungga yang berada dihulu pernah mengalami empat kali Banjir Bandang yaitu&#13;
pada tahun 1976, 1990, 2011, dan terakhir di tahun 2016. Desa yang berdampak&#13;
banjir bandang berada di Desa Beungga, Desa Pulo Iee, Desa Lhok Ketapang,&#13;
Desa Alue Calong, Desa Krueng Seukek dan Desa Blang Malo. Tujuan dalam&#13;
penelitian ini adalah menentukan luas, nilai kerugian dan upaya mitigasi untuk&#13;
pengurangan risiko bencana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah&#13;
Metode Kuantitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur&#13;
dengan 20 orang Aparat Desa dan 70 orang masyarakat. Data yang digunakan&#13;
adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan hasil akhir pemetaan menggunakan&#13;
Sistem Informasi Geografis. Berdasarakan hasil analisis peta luas dan rumah yang&#13;
berdampak pada empat periode tersebut adalah tahun 1976 luas 742 Ha, 80 rumah&#13;
berdampak, tahun 1990 luas 205 Ha, 20 rumah berdampak, tahun 2011 luas 223&#13;
Ha, 8 rumah yang berdampak dan tahun 2016 luas 75 Ha, 19 rumah yang&#13;
berdampak. Total kerugian dari ke empat periode Banjir Bandang tersebut sesuai&#13;
kurs rupiah tahun 2018 adalah Rp.575.000.000. Upaya-upaya Mitigasi Struktural&#13;
yang dilakukan perlu adanya reboisasi peremajaan hutan kembali di kawasan&#13;
Hulu Sub DAS Beungga. Mitigasi Non Struktural perlu adanya kapasitas kearifan &#13;
masyarakat lokal dalam menghadapi bencana banjir bandang. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
In the history of the flash floods incident in the Baro Watershed, in the Krueng&#13;
Beungga Sub-watershed, which was once experienced by the flash floods four&#13;
times, namely in 1976, 1990, 2011, and finally in 2016. Villages that affected flash&#13;
floods were in Beungga Village, Pulo Iee Village, Lhok Ketapang Village, Alue&#13;
Calong Village, Krueng Seukek Village and Blang Malo Village. The purpose of&#13;
this study is to determine the extent, value of losses and mitigation efforts for&#13;
disaster risk reduction. The method used in the study is a Quantitative Method by&#13;
conducting observations and structured interviews with 20 village officials and 70&#13;
community members. The data used are primary data and secondary data with the&#13;
end result of mapping using Geographic Information System. Based on the results&#13;
of the analysis of the wide map and house which had an impact on the four&#13;
periods, in 1976 the area of 742 Ha, 80 houses had an impact, in 1990 the area&#13;
was 205 Ha, 20 houses had an impact, in 2011 the area was 223 Ha, 8 houses had&#13;
an impact and in 2016 the area was 223 Ha, 19 houses that have an impact. The&#13;
total loss from the four flash floods periods according to the rupiah exchange rate&#13;
in 2018 is Rp.575 million. Structural Mitigation Efforts carried out need to be&#13;
reforestation of forest rejuvenation back in the Upper Beungga Sub-watershed&#13;
area. Non-Structural Mitigation needs the capacity of local wisdom to deal with&#13;
flash floods disaster.&#13;
