 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Skrining tumbuhan yang berpotensi sebagai bahan antimikroba di kawasan Ie-Brôk area B2-1 Desa Meurah Kabupaten Aceh Besar telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis tumbuhan, kandungan metabolit sekunder, aktivitas antimikroba ekstrak n-heksan, etil asetat dan etanol tumbuhan di kawasan Ie-Brôk area B2-1. Pada penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode plot (petak pengamatan), sehingga diperoleh dua jenis tumbuhan, yaitu Salacia sp dan Streblus asper Lour. Hasil skrining fitokimia kedua jenis tumbuhan tersebut didominasi oleh kandungan senyawa tanin. Uji aktivitas antimikroba dari ekstrak n-heksan, etil asetat dan etanol tumbuhan di kawasan Ie-Brôk area B2-1 dengan konsentrasi 50% dilakukan terhadap tiga mikroba, yaitu Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, dan Candida albicans ATCC 10231, dengan menggunakan metode difusi sumuran. Hasil uji aktivitas menyatakan bahwa ekstrak etanol kulit batang Streblus asper Lour memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 dengan diameter zona hambat sebesar 10,88 mm. Hasil uji aktivitas juga menunjukkan bahwa  ekstrak etil asetat daun Salacia sp memiliki aktivitas terhadap Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, dan Candida albicans ATCC 10231 dengan diameter zona hambat berturut-turut sebesar 19, 11,5 dan 26 mm. Uji aktivitas antijamur menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun Salacia sp memiliki aktivitas antijamur terhadap Candida albicans ATCC 10231 dengan diameter zona hambat sebesar 24 mm.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
The study of plants screening as antimicrobial in the area of B21, geothermal zone, Ie Brok Seulawah Agam has been done. The purpose of this study is to determine secondary metabolites and antimicrobial activity of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol plant extracts. Plant sampling in the area was done by using a plot method and obtained two types of plants namely Salacia sp and Streblus asper Lour. The phytochemical screening results showed that these two type of plant commonly contain tannins compound. The antimicrobial activity was determined by well diffusion method, concentration extract of 50%. The antimicrobial activity performed on three microba such as Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, and Candida albicans ATCC 10231. The antimicrobial activity should that ethanolic bark extract of Streblus asper Lour has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 with diameter inhibition zone of 10,88 mm. The results revealed also that ethyl acetate leaf Salacia sp extract has antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 with the diameter inhibition of 19, 11,5 , and 26 mm respectively. The antifungal activity should that ethanolic leaf Salacia sp extract has antifungal has antifungal activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231 with diameter inhibition zone of 24 mm.&#13;
