HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK IBU DENGAN PERDARAHAN POST PARTUM DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH dr. ZAINOEL ABIDIN DAN RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2012
ABSTRAK
Berdasarkan profil Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam penyebab kematian ibu di Aceh pada tahun 2011 adalah perdarahan 35%, hipertensi dalam kehamilan 21%, infeksi 4%, abortus 0%, partus lama 1% dan lain-lain 39%. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Karakteristik Ibu Dengan Perdarahan Post Partum Di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin dan Rumah Sakit Ibu dan anak Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling, dengan populasi adalah ibu yang mengalami perdarahan post partum dan sampel adalah 30 orang. Waktu penelitian 09 Juli -19 September 2012, alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tabel isian dengan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat dengan Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikan 5% (0,05) menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan umur (p=1,000), paritas (p=1,000), riwayat persalinan (p=1,000), dan Antenatal care (p=0,467) dengan perdarahan post partum. Setelah dilakukan penelitian tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik ibu dengan perdarahan post partum. Diharapkan kepada ibu-ibu untuk melakukan Antenatal care minimal 4 kali dan mencari informasi penyulit kehamilan/persalinan.

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN MATERNAL CHARACTERISTICS AND POST-PARTUM BLEEDING AT dr. ZAINOEL ABIDIN GENERAL HOSPITAL AND MOTHER AND CHILD HOSPITAL OF BANDA ACEH IN 2012

ABSTRACT

Based on the profile of Health Department of Nanggroe Aceh Darusssalam, the cause of maternal mortality in Aceh in 2011 was bleeding 35%, hypertension in pregnancy 21%, infection 4%, abortion 0%, prolonged labor and others 39%. The aim of this research was to know the correlation between maternal characteristics and post-partum bleeding at dr. Zainoel Abidin general hospital and mother and child hospital of Banda Aceh in 2012. This research employed descriptive correlative design and used accidental sampling technique in collecting the sample. The population of this research were mothers who experience pos-partum bleeding and the samples were 30 people. The research was conducted on July 9-19 in 2012. Instrument used was check list table with guided interview. Based on the bivariate analysis with Chi square statistic test and 5% of Level of significance, it was found that there was no correlation of age (p=1.000), parity (p=1.000), history of childbirth (p=1.000), antenatal care (p=0.467) with post-partum bleeding. There was no significant correlation between mother characteristic and post-partum bleeding. It is expected that the mothers undertake antenatal care at least 4 times and search for information about complication of pregnancy/childbirth.
