ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini berjudul kepuasan mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala
terhadap website unsyiah.ac.id. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan
menjelaskan bagaimana kepuasan mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala terhadap
website unsyiah.ac.id. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa universitas
syiah kuala yang berjumlah 21.053 mahasiwa, jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan
menggunakan rumus slovin presisi 10% dari jumlah populasi, maka besarnya
sampel besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 99 responden. Teori
kepuasan mendasarkan pendekatannya atas faktor-faktor kebutuhan dan kepuasan
inividu yang menyebabkannya bertidak dan berprilaku dengan cara tertentu. Pada
penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif ekplanatif. Data primer dalam
penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang skala pengukurannya menggunakan
skala likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan program SPSS 24.0 yaitu uji
validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, dan uji hipotesis.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis
diperoleh nilai t hitung adalah 6.786dan nilai t tabel pada ? 0,05 pada uji 2 sisi
diketahui 1,894. Berdasarkan kriteria uji hipotesis yaitu t hitung > t tabel
(6.786>1,894) dengan nilai signifikansi (kurang dari 0,05) maka Ha diterima. Jadi
dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat kepuasan
mahsiswa unsyiah terhadap website unsyiah.ac.id.

ABSTRACT

This research entitled the students satisfaction of syiah kuala university toward
website unsyiah.ac.id. This study aims to see and explain how the satisfaction of
students of Syiah Kuala University qualified against website unsyiah.ac.id. The
population of this study is a total of 21,053 students of syiah kuala university, the
number of samples is determined using the precision slovin formula 10% of the
total population, the sample size is 99 respondents. The theory satisfaction basing
her approach over the factors needs and satisfaction individual it to act and
behaves in a certain way. Primary data in this research is obtained from
questionnaires that measurement scale using likert scale and processed
statistically with SPSS 24.0 program that is test of validity, reliability test, simple
linear regression test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the study can be
concluded that the results of hypothesis testing obtained t count value is 6.786 and
t table value at ? 0.05 on test 2 side is known 1.894. Based on hypothesis test
criteria that is t count> t table (6.786> 1.894) with significance value (less than
0.05) then Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive
relationship between the level of students satisfaction unsyiah to website
unsyiah.ac.id.
