ABSTRAK Abstrak Karya Akhir Diserahkan kepada Panitia Ujian Untuk Mendapatkan Gelar Magister Manajemen pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala PENGARUH PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI DI KOTA BANDA ACEH Oleh : SITTI AISYAH NIM: 1209200020059 Konsentrasi : Manajemen Umum Pembimbing Utama : Prof. Dr. Nasir Azis, SE,MBA Pembimbing Pembantu : Dr. Iskandarsyah Madjid, SE, MM Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kompetensi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Koperasi di Kota Banda Aceh. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pengelola koperasi yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan yang berjumlah 110 orang. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Analisis regresi berganda yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Kewirausahaan Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Di Kota Banda Aceh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Orientasi Kewirausahaan memiliki kontribusi terbesar untuk meningkatkan kinerja koperasi di Kota Banda Aceh dibandingkan dengan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan. Respondents in this study are cooperative managers who have received training amounting to 110 people. The analysis method used is by using multiple regression analysis which operated through SPSS 22 program. The result showed that Entrepreneurship Training, Entrepreneurship Orientation And Entrepreneurship Competence Influence on Cooperative Performance In Banda Aceh City either partially or simultaneously. The Entrepreneurship Orientation has the greatest contribution to improving cooperative performance in the city of Banda Aceh compared to Entrepreneurship Training and Entrepreneurship Competence.
