<note>This study aims to analyze the effect of money supply, exports and interest rate in Indonesia using quarterly data of 52 samples from 2005-2017 with Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) model. The results showed that the use of Instrument Variable (IV) was valid against the model and had positive and significant effects at one percent level where the money supply and export positively affected the economic growth respectively. On the other hand, interest rate had negative and significant influences against economic growth at one percent level. Therefore, it is suggested to policy makers to apply an effective monetary policy and use the interest rate as a perfect tool for economic control to maintain the stability of the money supply.
