Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work-Family Conflict &#13;
terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan Chronic Regulatory Focus sebagai pemoderasi. Studi empiris dilakukan pada karyawan salah satu Bank Syariah Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan  kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, yang mana sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 207 orang. Probability Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Sensus Sampling. Metode MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) digunakan sebagai metode analisis data dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work-family Conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Chronic Regulatory Focus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan selain itu di peroleh hasil bahwa Chronic Regulatory Focus memoderasi pengaruh Work-Family Conflict terhadap Kepuasan Kerja secara negative dan signifikan. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Family Conflict on job satisfaction with the Chronic Regulatory Focus as moderating. An empirical study was conducted on the employees of one of the Islamic Banks in Banda Aceh using a questionnaire as a research instrument, in which the sample in this study was 207 people. Probability Sampling is used as a sampling technique with the Sensus Sampling method. The MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method is used as a data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that Work-family Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, the Chronic Regulatory Focus has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and besides it was found that the Chronic Regulatory Focus moderated the influence of Work-Family Conflict on Job Satisfaction negatively and significantly.&#13;
