Pengaruh Luas Produksi dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produksi Sawit pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Besar Negara di Aceh NAMA : Muhammad Diffa Daris NPM : 1609200010017 Dosen Pembimbing : 1. Dr. Vivi Silvia, S.E., M.Si. 2. Dr. Sofyan Syahnur, S.E., M.Si. ABSTRAK Perusahaan Perkebunan menjadi salah satu sektor utama dalam tatanan ekonomi. Sektor perkebunan berdampak sangat signifikan dalam arti positif maupun negatif. Pembangunan subsektor kelapa sawit merupakan penyedia lapangan kerja yang cukup besar dan sebagai sumber pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan, yaitu : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah luas produksi dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi sawit pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Besar Negara di Aceh, (2) Untuk mengetahui elastisitas jumlah luas produksi dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi sawit pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Besar Negara di Aceh, (3) Untuk mengetahui efisiensi produksi sawit pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Besar Negara di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2010-2018 dalam bentuk tahunan. Model analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah model fungsi Cobb Douglass dan metode efisiensi dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi yaitu efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel luas produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi serta belum optimalnya efisiensi pada luas produksi. Variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produksi serta tingkat efisiensinya sudah melebihi optimal. Hasil pada variabel tenaga kerja, mendukung teori fungsi produksi yang tunduk pada hukum The Law of Diminishing Returns, yang berarti bahwa variabel tenaga kerja telah melewati titik maksimum sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang mula-mula meningkat menjadi negatif atau menjadi menurun terhadap produksi sawit. Pada penelitian ini terdapat keterbatasan diantaranya yaitu dalam penelitian ini hanya mengambil objek pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Besar Negara di Aceh, dan belum ada penelitian dengan objek yang lebih luas seperti per regional atau Indonesia dengan periode yang lebih panjang. Plantation sector is very significant impact in a positive or negative sense. Development of oil palm subsector is a provider of employment are quite large and as a source of income of farmers. This research has a purpose, namely: (1) To determine the effect of the vast amount of production and labor on oil palm production in the State's Large Palm Oil Plantation in Aceh, (2) To find out the elasticity of the total production area and labor for oil palm production in Oil Palm Plantations Large State in Aceh, (3) To find out the efficiency of oil palm production in the State Large Palm Oil Plantation in Aceh. This study uses secondary data from the years 2010-2018 in the form of annual. The analytical model used in this study is a model of Cobb Douglass and methods of efficiency analyzed using the efficient use of production factors, economic efficiency. The results showed that the variable production area of positive and significant effect on the production as well as non-optimal efficiency in the production area. Variable labor and significant negative effect on the production and optimal efficiency level has been exceeded.
