ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Faktor Dukungan Universitas dan Kepribadian Proaktif Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha pada mahasiswa S1 Fakutas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 aktif pada Semester Ganjil 2017/2018 Fakutas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berjumlah 240 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling. Regresi Linear Berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, mengindikasikan bahwa Faktor Dukungan Universitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha dan Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Faktor Dukungan Universitas, Kepribadian Proaktif, Intensi Berwirausaha, Regresi Linear Berganda.
