Dr. Said Musnadi, SE, M.Si ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh belanja modal dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kota Langsa dengan mengumpulkan data selama tahun 2004-2016. Metode analisis data yang digunakan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Belanja Modal (BM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Variabel PDRB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Secara uji simultan Belanja Modal (BM) dan PDRB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan secara koefisien determinasi bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi R-Square sebesar 0.868258. Hal ini mangandung arti bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Langsa sebesar 86.8258 persen dipengaruhi oleh Belanja Modal (BM) dan PDRB, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13.1742 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Belanja Modal (BM), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). ABSTRACT This study aims to define how far the influence of capital expenditure and Gross Regional Domestic Product to Locally-Generated Revenue in Langsa by collecting the data from 2004 to 2016. The data analysis method used in this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result shows that the capital expenditure variable significantly influences the Locally-Generated Revenue. Moreover, the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable significantly influences the Locally-Generated Revenue. Based on the simultaneous test, the capital expenditure and Gross Regional Domestic Product significantly influence the locally-Generated revenue and as determination coefficient that the determination coefficient R-Square score is at 0.868258. It means that the Locally-Generated Revenue in Langsa is 86.8258 percent is influenced by capital expenditure and Gross Regional Domestic Product, while the rest 13.1742 percent is explained by other variables apart from this study model.
