Analisis Nilai Tambah Usaha Jagung Bakar Serta Kontribusinya Terhadap Total Pendapatan Rumah Tangga di Ulee-lheue Kecamatan Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh Oleh: Ilhamullah / Agribisnis Unsyiah ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ulee-lheue Kecamatan Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan Nilai tambah yang timbul dari proses pengolahan jagung menjadi jagung bakar sebesar Rp 2.480 per tongkol bahan baku. Total pendapatan rumah tangga pengusaha jagung bakar di Ulee-lheue Kecamatan Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh sebesar Rp 3.884.771/bulan, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: pendapatan dari usaha jagung bakar sebesar Rp 2.030.717 per bulan. Sedangkan pendapatan di luar usaha jagung bakar sebesar Rp 1.854.054/bulan. Kontribusi pendapatan dari usaha jagung bakar sebesar 52 persen sedangkan pendapatan dari luar usaha jagung bakar sebesar 48 persen. Dengan demikian, pendapatan dari usaha jagung bakar lebih besar dari pendapatan usaha dari luar jagung bakar.
