ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah (ZIS) produktif terhadap pengembangan usaha mustahik di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel yaitu Pengembangan Usaha Mustahik, efektivitas sasaran pendayagunaan dana ZIS produktif, efektivitas pembinaan dan efektivitas pengawasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 100 orang yang merupakan penerima dana usaha ZIS produktif di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. Probabilty Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Cluster. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas sasaran pendayagunaan dana ZIS produktif, efektivitas pembinaan dan efektivitas pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Mustahik. Katakunci: Efektivitas Pendayagunaan Dana (ZIS) Produktif, Baitul Mal ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effectiveness of zakah, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) productive funds for the development of mustahik businesses in the Baitul Mal Banda Aceh. This study uses 4 variables, namely Mustahik Business Development, effectiveness of the objective of utilizing productive ZIS funds, effectiveness of supervision and effectiveness of supervision. This research is a survey research using questionnaires as instruments. The population used in this study is the community in the Baitul Mal Banda Aceh. The sample in this study were 100 people who were recipients of ZIS productive business funds in the Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh. Sampling probabilty is used as a sampling technique with the Cluster method. Based on the results of the regression analysis showed that the effectiveness of the target variables of the use of productive ZIS funds, effectiveness of coaching and effectiveness of supervision had a positive and significant effect on Mustahik Business Development.
