Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa kinerja dan motivasi seseorang pegawai sangat mempengaruhi besar kecilnya output yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh beban kerja, remunerasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Rektorat UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan model analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model), sedangkan analisis data menggunakan software AMOS 22.0. Jenis data adalah berskala ordinal dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa beban kerja, remunerasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sekaligus bernampak kinerja pegawai pada UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Disamping itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, remunerasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. &#13;

It is widely known that the performance and motivation of workers/employees extremly influence upon the output or the result. This research aims to explore the influence of workload, remuneration and leadership modes to working motivation of the UIN employees and its effects on the performance of them in the Rectorat office of UIN               Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Data used in this research is primary-based one and the SEM based-analysis is utilised, with AMOS 22.0 software. In addition, the data is ordinary-typed one with Likert scale. The research finds that the workload, remuneration and leadership modes influence upon motivation’s employees, and such the motivation also induces the performance of them. Besides, the research finding also shows that workload and remuneration of the workers impact on their motivation, so does the leadership modes.&#13;
