Uji aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak kulit batang Cassia alata dilakukan&#13;
menggunakan 1,1-Diphenyl-2-pycrilhydrazil &#13;
37,03 ppm. Uji fitokimia pada ekstrak etil&#13;
asetat kulit batang Cassia alata mengandung senyawa golongan flavonoid,&#13;
steroid, kumarin, fenol dan juga kuinon. Ekstrak kasar etil asetat sebanyak 7 g&#13;
dilakukan pemisahan menggunakan Kromatografi Kolom &#13;

dan eluen n-heksana : etil asetat &#13;
berturut-turut ialah 166,08 ppm,&#13;

The antioxidant activity test of Cassia alata bark extract was performed using 1,1Diphenyl-2-pycrilhydrazil&#13;

value of 37,03 ppm. Phytochemical test on ethyl acetate bark extract of&#13;
Cassia alata contained flavonoid, steroid, coumarin, phenol and quinone&#13;
compounds. 7 g of ethyl acetate extract was carried out by using Coloumn&#13;
