Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, sikap&#13;
kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja&#13;
tenaga kependidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 255 orang&#13;
pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis&#13;
dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model &#13;
Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Sikap Kerja dan&#13;
Gaya Kepemimpinan.&#13;

collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of&#13;
