The population of this study is all districts and cities in Aceh, amounting to 23 districts that have data on the realization of the Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the 2015-2017 period. The data for variable is collected from annual financial reports provided. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that economic growth, realization of local revenues, realization of capital expenditures, and changes in the original regional income budget had no significant effect together or partially on the financial performance of local governments. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, realisasi pendapatan asli daerah, realisasi belanja modal, dan perubahan anggaran pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah pada Kabupaten dan Kota di Aceh bersama-sama dan parsial. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten dan Kota di Aceh yang berjumlah 23 kabupaten yang telah memiliki data Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) periode 2015-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi, realisasi pendapatan asli daerah, realisasi belanja modal, dan perubahan anggaran pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama atau pun secara parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah.
