ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini berjudul Hubungan Penggunaan Line Webtoon Dengan Minat Untuk
Memperoleh Informasi Kesehatan (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Angkatan 2013-2016
Universitas Syiah Kuala). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan
line webtoon dengan minat untuk memperoleh informasi kesehatan. Teori yang
digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif.
Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. 100 sampel yang dipilih
berdasarkan kriteria sampel yang diinginkan merupakan mahasiswa aktif angkatan
2013-2016 di Universitas Syiah Kuala. Mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan line
webtoon. Mahasiswa yang membutuhkan informasi kesehatan. Teknik pengumpulan
data yang digunakan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Dari penelitian ini dapat
diambil kesimpulan yaitu terdapat hubungan penggunaan line webtoon dengan minat
untuk memperoleh informasi kesehatan dalam kategori hubungan yang cukup berarti
dengan nilai R sebesar 0,577 (57,70%). Untuk hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai t

untuk variable penggunaan line webtoon ialah 6,995 sedangkan nilai t
ialah 1,986
pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Kesimpulannya ialah jika t

maka Ha diterima.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara
penggunaan line webtoon dengan minat untuk memperoleh informasi kesehatan.

ABSTRACT

This research is entitled The Relationship of Using Webtoon Line with Interest in
Obtaining Health Information (Study at 2013-2016 University Students of Syiah
Kuala University). The aim of the research is to find out the relationship between
the use of webtoon line and interest in obtaining health information. The theory
used uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research types. The sample
selection technique uses purposive sampling. 100 samples selected based on the
desired sample criteria are active students of 2013-2016 at Syiah Kuala University.
Students who have used the webtoon line. Students who need health information.
Data collection techniques used using questionnaire instruments. From this
research it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the use of webtoon
line with interest to obtain health information in the category of significant
relationship with an R value of 0.577 (57.70%). For the results of hypothesis
testing, it is known that the tcount value for the use of the webtoon line is 6.995
while the value of ttable is 1.986 at a significance level of 5%. The conclusion is
that if t count> t table then Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a
significant and positive relationship between the use of a webtoon line and interest
in obtaining health information.
