Abstrak. Pada komposisi tertentu, kopi susu atau kopi yang dimix memiliki tingkat permintaan yang sangat tinggi. Di Aceh, Kopi mix lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Sanger. Karakteristik Individu, makanan dan lingkungan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat preferensi dan prilaku konsumen terhadap produk yang akan dinilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat preferensi konsumen terhadap formulasi kopi mix Arabika pada kombinasi derajat Roasting  dan jumlah susu yang berbeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey wawancara dengan media kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, tingkat kesukaan kopi mix responden dari semua usia dan gender rata-rata menjawab suka (57% - 66%).&#13;

Abstract. Demand from coffee lovers is very high for coffee milk or coffee mixed with milk with a certain composition. Coffee mix generally in Aceh is known as sanger. Preference and behavior towards food products are influenced by individual characteristics, food characteristics and environmental characteristics. The purpose of the study was to determine consumer preferences based on gender and age groups and consumer preferences on several mix arabica coffee formulas with a combination of roasting degrees and amount of milk. The research method used is a survey interview method with a media questionnaire. The results showed that the level of coffee preference of respondents from all ages and genders on average answered like (57% - 66%).&#13;
