ABSTRAK &#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person-organization&#13;
fit dan pertumbuhan karir terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja&#13;
sebagai  pemediasi.  Studi  empiris  dilakukan  pada  PT.  Mandala  Multifinance&#13;
Banda Aceh menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian, yang mana&#13;
sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 117 orang. Probability Sampling&#13;
digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Sensus Sampling.&#13;
Metode HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) digunakan sebagai metode analisis&#13;
data dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini&#13;
menunjukkan bahwa person-organization fit dan pertumbuhan karir berpengaruh&#13;
negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh&#13;
negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, person-organization fit dan &#13;
pertumbuhan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan &#13;
selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh person-&#13;
organization fit dan pertumbuhan karir terhadap turnover intention sebagi mediasi&#13;
parsial. &#13;
Kata Kunci : Person-Organization Fit, Pertumbuhan Karir, Kepuasan Kerja,&#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of  person-organization fit and&#13;
career growth to turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating. The&#13;
empirical study conducted at PT. Mandala Multifinance Banda Aceh used a&#13;
questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 117 people.&#13;
Probability sampling is used as  a sampling technique with  Sensus Sampling.&#13;
Methods  HLM  (Hierarchical  Linear  Modelling) is  used as  a  method  of  data&#13;
analysis using software IBM SPSS 22. These results indicate that the person-&#13;
organization fit and career growth negatif and significant impact on turnover&#13;
intention, job satisfaction negatif and significant related to turnover intention,&#13;
person-organization fit and career growth have a positive and significant effect on&#13;
job satisfaction and in addition showed that the job satisfaction mediate effect on &#13;
person-organization fit and career growth to turnover intention as partial &#13;
mediation. &#13;
