Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word Of Mouth terhadap niat membeli kembali dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan KFC kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Purposive sampling yang digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis partial least square(PLS)  digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Word Of Mouth berpengaruh secara positif terhadap niat membeli kembali. Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap niat membeli kembali yang dimediasikan oleh kepuasan. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of Word of Mouth on Repurchase Intention with Satisfactions as a mediating variable in KFC customers in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study is KFC customers in Banda Aceh. This research method uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. The method of analysis of partial least square (PLS) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Word of mouth has a positive effect on repurchase intentions mediated by satisfaction&#13;
