Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan  yang dimediasi oleh nilai pelanggan pada pengguna produk merek Dian Pelangi di banda Aceh. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 125 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelanggan. Selanjutnya kualitas produk, harga, dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai pelanggan terbukti memediasi secara parsial pada pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction mediated by customer value on Dian Pelangi brand product users in Banda Aceh. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling with a sample of 125 respondents. The results show that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer value. Furthermore, product quality, price, and customer value have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer value is proven to mediate partially on the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction&#13;
