Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepatuhan pengusaha dalam memberikan perlindungan keamanan bagi pekerja perempuan yang bekerja pada pada malam hari, peran Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh untuk menjamin kepatuhan pengusaha dan faktor belum terpenuhinya jaminan perlindungan keamanan bagi pekerja perempuan yang bekerja pada malam hari di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis empiris.
Berdasarkan hasil penlitian, diketahui bahwa tingkat kepatuhan pengusaha di Kota Banda Aceh masih belum maksimal, dikarenakan adanya pengusaha yang tidak mematuhi aturan Hukum Ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku. Peran Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh adalah melakukan pengawasan, pembinaan dan penyuluhan serta membuat Qanun tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Namun, peran tersebut tidak berjalan secara maksimal dikarenakan tidak adanya peraturan khusus dari Pemerintah, tidak terlaksanakanya fungsi pengawasan dan terjadinya perebedaan persepsi antara lembaga Pemerintah. Faktor-faktor diatas menjadi sebab tidak terpenuhinya perlindungan keamanan bagi pekerja perempuan pada malam hari di Kota Banda Aceh.
Disarankan kepada pengusaha untuk mematuhi regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku, dan disarankan kepada Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh untuk lebih memperhatikan masalah perlindungan keamanan pekerja perempuan pada malam hari, serta disarankan kepada pekerja perempuan untuk lebih berani dalam meminta pemenuhan atas hak perlindungan keamanan kepada pengusaha.

Abstract
This research aims to clarify the compliance of employers in providing security protection for women workers who are working in at night, the role of the Government of the City of Banda Aceh to secure the compliance of employers and factors not yet satisfy guarantee security protection for workers, women working at night in the city of Banda Aceh. Juridical nature of the empirical research.
Based on the results of the studies, it is known that the compliance rates of employers in the city of Banda Aceh still has not been fullest due entrepreneurs who do not abide by the rules of the applicable employment law. The role of Government the city of Banda Aceh was to conduct surveillance, coaching and counseling as well as make Qanun about Employment. However, the role does not run to its full potential because of the absence of special rules of Government, not to terlaksanakanya functions of supervision and the occurrence of perebedaan perception among government agencies. The above factors being the cause does not satisfy security protection for women workers in the evening in the city of Banda Aceh.
It is recommended to employers to comply with employment regulations that apply, and suggested to the Government the city of Banda Aceh to pay more attention to the issue of the protection of women workers ' safety at night, as well as suggested to the workers women to be more bold in asking for the fulfillment of the above rights of security protection to entrepreneurs.
