ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh Input Terhadap Produksi Usaha Tanaman Padi Sawah di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar Nama : Megi Herman NIM : 1401101010033 Fakultas/Jurusan : Ekonomi dan Bisnis/Ekonomi Pembangunan Pembimbing : Dr. T. Zulham, S.E., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh tenaga kerja, modal, luas lahan dan teknologi terhadap produksi usaha tanaman padi sawah di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak dalam memperoleh data, di mana sampelnya adalah 70 orang petani padi sawah di Kecamatan Indrapuri. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda memperoleh hasil secara parsial variabel tenaga kerja memperoleh nilai sebesar 5,49, modal 4,12, luas lahan 5,24 dan dummy teknologi sebesar 5,06 berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi usaha tanaman padi sawah. Secara simultan variabel tenaga kerja, modal, luas lahan dan dummy teknologi berpengaruh terhadap produksi tanaman padi sawah, dengan hasil F-statistik sebesar 96,76 lebih besar dari Ftabel 1,53, dengan kata lain ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Saran untuk petani padi sawah di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar hendaknya bisa memanfaatkan lahan tidur, selalu aktif ikut penyuluhan, memanfaatkan fasilitas yang diberikan pemerintah, menjaga saluran irigasi dan bergabung dalam kelompok tani setempat demi perbaikan budi daya tanaman padi sawah yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan produktifitas. Zulham, S.E., M.Si. This study is aimed to find out the effect of labor, capital, land area and technology toword the production of rice paddy plants in Indrapuri Aceh Besar. This study used the primary data and collecting the data by using questionnaire. This study applied random purposive sampling in gaining the data. Where the sampel are 70 rice farmers of Indrapuri. By using multiple linear regression analysisi shows that results in partial labor variables obtain a value of 5.49, capital 4.12, land area 5.24 and technology dummy of 5, 06 has a positive effect on the production of rice. Simultaneously the variables of labor, capital, land area and dummy technology affect the production of paddy rice plants, with the results of F-statistics of 96.76 greater than Ftable 1, 53 in other words there is a positive and significant influence. Suggestions for lowland rice farmers in Indrapuri Subdistrict, Aceh Besar should be able to take advantage of idle land, always actively participate in counseling, utilize the facilities provided by the government, maintain irrigation channels and join local farmer groups in order to improve the cultivation of rice fields that are better for improving productivity.
